Disk feeder is a feeding machine suitable for feeding powdery ores whose granularity is smaller than 20 mm.

Disk feeder consists of driving device, feeder, measuring belt conveyor and measuring device. Disk feeder and belt conveyor are driven by a set of driving device whose electromagnetic clutch has the functions of opening and stopping the feeder and changing function. The belt speed of the measuring belt conveyor is smaller than 1m/s and to measure the belt speed, a speed detector is equipped and to prevent the measuring roll from deflecting, a detection pole is equipped for the adjustment.

Performance Features Of Disk Feeder

Disk feeder is a feeding machine measured in volume and it can evenly and continuously feed the materials to the next equipment. It is suitable for conveying all kinds of non-sticky materials, but not suitable for feeding powdery materials whose flowability is good. The materials that can be fed by disk feeder include ore, pulverized coal, cement, clinker, limestone, clay and other granulate and small-sized materials.
