The application of flotation cell technology has an important role in promoting the flotation separation efficiency, but the operation technology of cell flotation machine is one of the important factors influencing the working efficiency of flotation separator.
1.Large inspiratory capacity and low power consumption.
2.Each cell of the flotation cell has triple functions of inspiratory, midge and flotation, forming flotation circuit by its own, without any auxiliary equipment. Horizontal configuration, easy to change the process.
3.Slurry circulates reasonably, which can minimize grit sedimentation.
4.Slutty surface has self-control device, and easy to adjust.
5.Impeller is with backward curved upper and lower blades. The upper blade produces upper pulp cycle, and the lower blade produces the lower pulp cycle.
When flotation separator works, slurry is inhaled from the bottom of the trough to the space between impellers. Meanwhile, the low pressure air send by fan is sent to this area through the air distributor in the hollow shaft. After sufficient mixing, the slurry is pushed out by the impeller, and then goes to the whole trough. When the froth rises to the stable level, after the processing, froth overflows to the froth trough from the overflow weir. Another part of ore slurry flows to lower part of impeller for the remixing with air. The remained slurry flows to the next trough until it becomes residue.
