Indirect heat transfer drier is mainly composed of rotating barrel, raising plate, transmission gear, supporting device and sealing rings and it can dry wet materials such as mineral waste, limestone, pulverized coal, clay and so on.
Compare with rotary drying machine, it has the same output but needs low investment. Compact structure and reasonable disposition have enhanced the rate of heat exchange between the materials and the heat energy, so that the drying effect is better. After the materials are dried, the rate of moisture content can be less than1%. During the working process, the hot air cannot get to the materials directly because it conducts the heat indirectly via built-in thermal pipe.
After getting into the rotary barrel, the materials will be raised up continuously by the shoveling plate. In the medium layer of the barrel, the materials will be dried because they absorb not only the heat from the inner barrel, but the heat of the middle rotating barrel. Finally, the dried products will be discharged from the barrel under the impact of hot air. The wet materials will remain in rectangular raising plate to be dried and customers can adjust the rotary drier according to different moisture index.
