Hongxing Raymond mill is widely used in high fine powder processing of non-flammable or non-explosive materials whose Moh's hardness is not more than 9.3 and humidity is below 6% such as barite, calcite, potash feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, activated clay, activated carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphate rock, gypsum, glass, insulation materials in more than 280 industries like mining, chemical industry and building. It can adjust the particle size of the finished products in the ranges of 80-325 Mesh, and the granularity of some materials can reach 600 Mesh.
Raymond mill is chiefly composed of mainframe, analyzer, blower, finished cyclone separator, plumbing installation and motor etc. And the mainframe consists of rack, air inlet volute, blade, roll grinding, grinding central, shell and motor. The auxiliary equipment include jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder and control cabinet. Customers are able to choose flexibly according to the real situation.
1. To operate the equipment, you have to be technically trained to know the principle and rules of operation. Someone should be specially selected and put in charge of the operation.
2. To ensure normal operation of the equipment, a manual containing strict rules and procedures for its operation, maintenance and repair should be well prepared and followed. Tools, replacement parts for maintaining, repairing and lubricating oil and grease must be available for immediate use.
3. After a period of usage, the equipment should be checked, worn-and-torn parts such as rollers, rings and shovels be replaced. Be sure to fasten connecting-bolts and nut collars to fix rollers properly. Be sure to lubricate the parts sufficiently.
4. Roller should be replaced after 500-hour use. Check and wash bearings in it and replace broken ones, and then fill enough oil and grease (with oil-pump or grease-gun).
When the milling equpment works, the materials that need to be crushed are fed into the machine through the feeding hopper. The grinding roll that hangs on the main engine will rotate around the vertical axis and rotates around itself. Due to the centrifugal force produced in the rotating process, the grinding roll will swings outward and tightly press onto the grinding ring to make the relieving tool scoop up the materials and send them to the space between the grinding roll and the grinding ring, and the materials will be crushed due to the rolling and grinding of the grinding roll.
