Since the granule-like wet sawdust is highly dispersed in the gas stream, the entire surface area will be dried, therefore the sawdust dryer has great drying strength and the object of the dried materials can be achieved within a shorter time. Sawdust dryer is easy to maintain and is capable of handling large quantities of materials and the thermal efficiency can be as high as 60%. Sawdust drying machine has simple structure which includes hot stove, feed inlet, rotating cylinder, filter cartridges, material feed pipe, cooling tube, spout and a rotating cylinder. Air heater, feeder, air drying tube, a cyclone and the fan are important components.
Special structure of the sawdust rotary dryer enables that sawdust is fully dried in the rotation cylinder. To make moisture evaporate rapidly, sawdust will fully disperse before getting into the feed pipe. The stopper will block the impurities to guarantee the quality of the sawdust. The hot air will make a good contact with the materials under the impact of the rotating cylinder and the spray torch to achieve the purpose of drying.
In order to be dried, the high humidity and high adhesion sawdust needs to go through several workspace which are stock guide area, clean-up area, the lifting plate area and the discharging area. Sawdust does not form a coherent board under the impact of raising board in the large angel. In the clean-up area, the adhesive slime in the tube wall can be quickly cleaned out. After heat exchange, the materials in the tilt lifting plate area will achieve the moisture requirements of the finished products, the dried materials will be discharged directly in the discharge area from the rotating barrel.
