1. In the using process of the raymond mill, there should be permanent staff in charge of it. The operator must have certain technical level. Before the installation of the milling machine, the operating personnels must have the necessary technical training to make them understand the principle of the performance of the milling machine and be familiar with the operating procedures.

2. In order to make the raymond mill work normally, equipment maintenance safe operation system should be formulated to ensure the long-term safe operation of the mill. At the same time, there should be the necessary tools for maintenance, grease and the appropriate accessories. 

3. After the raymond mill having been used for some time, it needs for maintenance. At the same time, the roller mill ring blade and other wearing parts should be repaired and replaced. Before and after the use of the roller device, the connecting bolt nuts should be carefully examined to see whether they are loose and whether the grease is enough. 

4. When the roller device is replaced after it has been used more than 500 hours, the rolling bearings in the roller kit must be cleaned and the damaged parts should be replaced. You can choose the manually pumps and grease gun as the refueling tool.
