The materials in the external heating kiln will not directly contact with flame and smoke. The heat source will heat the shell to warm up the materials. The inside of heating furnace is refractory fiber which can reduce the power consumption. Be restricted by the heating method and cylinder material, the length of cylinder should be less than 15 meters; the temperature should be less than 1200 degree. It has small output and the suitable heating sources are electricity, gas, oil and coal.
