As one of the important equipments in the rotary kiln system, the cooling machine, materials in which have full heat exchange with the air in the barrel. The material temperature will be below 200 ℃ and all the air for cooling materials gets into the kiln so as to improve the thermal efficiency of the kiln. The structure of the cooling machine is reasonable with simple operation and high efficiency. It mainly composed by the cylinder, the raising plate, reducer, hot air channel and the cooling water, and the cooling machine is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, light industry, chemical industry and coal industry etc..
Working principle
Wet materials are sent by belt conveyor to the hopper, then through the feeding pipe enter the feed end. Material is added from the higher end of the cooler, the heat carrier flows from low bottom of the cylinder. In the process of moving forward in the cylinder , the materials are cooled to the heat carrier in the barrel. The raising plate on the wall of the cylinder would sprinkle the materials, so that the cooling rate of the cooling machine will be improved. Heat carrier goes through the cooler , the cyclone will collect the materials contained in the gas. The cooler has large production capacity and good adaptability.
