The raymond grinding mill is applied for the grinding and processing of over three hundred kinds of materials the humidity of which is below 6%. In the minerals, chemicals, construction and other industries, calcite, feldspar, talc, marble can be grinded by the raymond pulverizer.
The working principles and notes
After preliminary crushing, large bulk of materials will achieve the desired particle size ,by the hoist to the hopper, the materials are sent into the grinding chamber via a vibrating feeder. After analysis of the machine, the graded products which meet the fineness of the powder go into the upper end of the cyclone collector with the air. The entire Raymond Mill airflow system is a closed loop circulation flow under positive and negative pressure. The blade system is a very important part in the line. Under the co-rotating of the blade and roller , the material is thrown into the grinding roller. Between the roller ring and by grinding roller rotation of the outward pressure and squeeze, the materials are crushed and ground into powder.
The roller device need to be replaced after being used for 500 hours, and related components need to be cleaned before replacement. The Raymond mill should be timely repaired. Necessary repair tools and grease are accessories for the maintenance. Before and after use , the bolt nut need to be carefully checked to see whether there is it is loose or whether there is enough grease.
