Roll crusher, also known as double roll crusher and teeth roll crusher, is a new product that developed independently. The roll crusher has advantages of small size, large crushing ratio (5-8), low noise, simple structure, easy maintenance and high productivity; particle size of broken material is uniform, over-crushing rate is low, and overload protection is sensitive, safe and reliable. Roll crusher can be used in coal, metallurgy, mining, chemicals, building materials and other industries, and suitable for large-scale coal mine or coal preparation plant to crush raw coal.
Roll crusher can be divided into two large series: double teeth roll crusher and four teeth roller crusher; double teeth roll crusher belongs to mechanical spring type and can be equipped with coarse toothed roller or medium teeth roller base on the broken material properties and requirements; the four teeth roller crusher actually is combined of two double teeth roll crushers.
It is equipped with a wedge or gasket adjusting device between two rollers and an adjusting bolt on the top of wedge device; when the adjustment bolt pulls up the wedge, two roller gap will become larger and so is the discharging granularity; when the wedge goes down, the gap becomes smaller and so is particle size. The gaskets device adjusts discharging particle size by changing the quantity or thickness of the gasket; increasing gasket can make the gap larger and reducing gasket makes gap smaller.
Roll crusher installation:
1, main body should be vertical to horizontal;
2, configure power and control switch according to driving force;
3, carry out production until empty load test is normal ;
4, roll crusher equipment should be installed on a level concrete foundation with anchor bolts.
5, check whether bolts and host are loose, if any, please fasten it.
