Coal slime dryer machine is mainly used for the drying of the coal slime, raw coal, peat, flotation concentrate, mixed clean coal, coal tailings and other materials. Coal slime dryer machine is mainly composed of the heat source equipment (hot stove), conveyors, feeding machine, rotary dryer drum, drive mechanism, unloader, dust removal equipment and electric control system.
1. After the operators determine the reasons that cause the change of the firing temperature, they can take the corresponding measures. For example, if it is the problem of the raw material or the quality of the raw coal, it should be reflected to the relevant departments to solve; if the metering system has failure so that it can not control the quantity and the amount of coal, you should arrange for on-site repair; due to the failure of the preheater system or exhaust system, it should be eliminated as quickly as possible.
2. When the coal slime dryer system is running stably, if the firing temperature changes, even if the reason for the change is difficult to be accurately judged, the operator should also take immediate measures. Firstly, it should adjust the feeding amount of coal slime dryer; secondly, to adjust the wind and coal consumption accordingly depending on the changes of the volume of feeding size and the dryer.
3. To take other appropriate remedial measures such as: after the coal quality have changed in coal, the operator can make reasonable adjustments of the amount of the wind and other factors.
