How to Replace the Screen and Belt
The parts of linear vibrating screen will age after long time of use. In order to ensure the screening efficiency, we need to replace them. Here we summarize a few points to replace the vibrating screen belt and mesh.
1.Replace and regulate straight line screen,
2.You should loose the tightening bolts at both ends of sieve box with a wrench.
3.Insert an anchor roller bar into fastening hole, the mesh crochet storm drains completely.
4.Remove crochet from the roll bar notch screen by hand
5.Remove the front bezel of the screen frame.
6.Pulled out of the crochet in front of sieve.
7.Pull out the damaged mesh, the new mesh is placed in original place.
8.Fix the crochet into mesh.
9.Rotate the screen frame tail roll bars in place, make the various parts of mesh receive uniform force.
10.Tighten the locking bolt with a wrench.
11.Install screen frame in front of bezel.
To adjust and replace straight line sieve belt.
1.Unload loose motor with wrench, make the motor and belt forward.
2.Open the drive
3.Take off the old belt and put on a new belt
4.Use a wrench to tighten the belt tensioning nut.
5.Pull the belt with hand, adjust the degree of tight, and then covered with shields. Replace the regulator straight line
