Concentrator Operating Procedures
1. Something must be done before starting up the concentrator
1) Clear the debris on the upper part of the machine,check the rack, the raceway. Transmission parts and lubricating the various parts in good condition, allowed sick functioning.
2) Check the mine management and if the tank overflow outlet is smooth, and the underflow gate switch should be turned on or off freely, close tight (have a spare gate) hoardings to defect.
3) Check the plastic pump screws are not loose V-belt tightness.
4) Check the screening particle with trommel conditions. The four points above confirmation before driving.
2.The thickener with lifting device
You can raise it to a certain height before starting it and lift the rake to a certain position. Sudden stop should disconnect the rakes, identify the reasons and excluding the faults before driving.
3.Notes:
1) Close underflow gates,drive with empty load, and then feed the mine.
2) Machine are not allowed to fall into the debris, at the end of exile mine gate must be open and flexible, and equipped with spare gate.
3) Check the thickener center, transmission ministries, plastic pump operation. The packing leakage mine needs timely processing and oiling, lubricating parts.
4) To maintain the safety device, the signal is in good condition.
4. The matters need to do when stop the device
1) Stop before tailings are processed to minimize the load and close the ore gate.
2) Clean the mine channel and device health and hang up warning signs, do a good job of civilized production.
